MANAGER AND MANAGEMENT CHANGES


At the pace of the times that marked the development of human culture in all aspects of life that need to be faced with an open attitude so that we are positioned as a retarded man. Similarly, in the world of education and technology must be run in a balanced way so that it can answer the challenges of our time. The changes referred to in this paper is the transfer of the old conditions become the new more advanced and more sophisticated. In this simple article writer questioned how to manage attitude, inhibiting factors, and the factors driving the change itself, so that an agency or organization that's set to grow and develop optimally. Human attitude towards the changes are positive or negative is definitely going to show up in an institution or organization that we lead. If all be positive about the changes that the leader will lose a measure to reflect the programs that require changes. This is where the need of a leader who is able to manage negative attitudes was to find a solution that does not create new problems.  
The opposite is also able to motivate positive attitudes and menfasilitasinya so all programs that require changes can be supported by all parties without any constraints to the program.Negative attitudes toward the change  List  form,:  absent,  lazy,  strike,  demanding, frown or sigh as early as possible should be able to rezult .THE Proses are educational so that problems can be reduced to a minimum msekali. While such attitudes positis,: work harder, and blatantly refuse must be dealt with as well educative even necessary arguments that can be accepted / acceptable when directed so that this group will be supporting a very meaningful. 
No man who is not happy with the change of the status quo and seek. Cause people do not want change or resist change because of : 
(1) are familiar with the customs,
(2) was already established (already satisfied), 
(3) want to be safe, do not want to lose income, position, power, and so on; 
( 4) do not want to take the risk (fear of failure), 
(5) lazy thinking, and 
(6) lack of trust (not sure) change it brings better.From the above brief urauan authors can conclude that in order to trigger the necessary changes and advances that it can be implemented necessary changes to the role of a leader who is able to manage negative attitudes with positive or regulatory measures that do not add new problems.
